Just had to report and show that my car IS ready for Disneyland!! The shop got it done yesterday and I am so relieved.
My basement is not quite finished, but looking so much better, dontcha think? I spent a couple of sleepless nights (literally) and got most of it done. The girls are able to play again and that is so important! I am proud of myself.
In other good news, I found out yesterday that I am POST-menopausal...I am done!! YIPPEE!! I didn't even have a clue it was happening...I feel kinda dumb about that! But I am amazed. The last 2 years have been a roller coaster of emotions and bad decisions and stress (sorry to my family members yet again...) but I had no clue what it was. No excuses, just relief that I'm not a crazy mother!!! I am viewing it all so differently now - it has been an interesting 16 hours for me. (since I found out). I will be talking to others about what is happening in their lives as they get to be my age (yes, I do still have friends...) to maybe help them recognize signs and symptoms.
Anyway...yes I am officially old. I guess. But I can handle that!!

I'm ready for Disneyland, too! Take me!! The basement does look good. Great job! I've been organizing stuff for a yard sale and it is so much WORK! And I only have a few years worth of stuff!

The basement looks awesome! It looks like the grandkids love to go to grandma's house! The car looks great too, you can't tell anything happened to it. Have fun in Disneyland...Think of me during Pirates of the Caribean...that was always my favorite.
