Golf Is Good!!!

We made it back from St. George on Friday night with enough time to make dinner and go to bed!! I so enjoyed the time down there with Sarah & her family. We went swimming, to the splashpad, we did Blue Bunny Ice Cream, the Pizza Factory (I ALWAYS have to do that!)and we generally had a great time playing!! I never got to the Outlet Stores, either!! I am trying to cut back on the binge-shopping!
Bruce, Spence, Jake & I were a team in the TFCU Golf Tournament. It was lots of fun playing with them. We didn't do great, but it was worth the fun we had doing it in 100 degree weather! Sarah came part way through and drove a drink cart and helped with the luncheon. I think that is why she won (technically, Jake won) a trip to California! They are so excited. I won a golf club and Bruce put his prize back in the drawing. Spence thinks he is the only one of everyone who didn't win anything! We were done and home by 4, so we met Jeremy & Jamie at Leatherby's for a little birthday party for Lauryn. It was cute to watch the kids have so much fun. Jake & Sarah left this morning for home.
Spencer's Mission President spoke in his Sac. Mtg. in So. Jordan and Bruce & I attended with Spence after our meetings were out. It was great to hear about how they love their Missionaries and know Spencer was part of that group. We got to meet them after. We were so glad we went, even if Spence didn't want to sit by us! Too many old buddies to see, I guess.
Whew!! On to our next project this week. Bruce goes to Oregon on Friday and I am planning on searching Tooele for a new job! In the next 2 weeks, I am scheduled to work 2 days...not a good thing for someone who likes to keep busy! They say they have to cut back on everyone's hours, which I understand, but I need to keep busy! Besides, I want to work closer to home. I am just not sure Tooele has much to offer! I don't want people to think I can't keep a job...
Have a great week, everybody!!

Everything looks like tons of fun! I wish we were there. I think I've only been to one TFCU golf tournament. Good luck on the job search!

Hope you find a job that meets your needs. So many jobs nowadays require Sunday working and/or don't pay that great. Good Luck!

Love the pictures! Knowing you, you'll have a new job in no time! If I lived closer we'd fill up your time with temple trips, digi scrapping, lunches, family history (maybe we'd both get motivated!) who knows what else! You'd only manage a very part time job! :)
