The Day After...

I meant to post a new message yesterday, but I kept falling asleep! I enjoyed a yummy breakfast in bed (macadamia nut encrusted french toast with coconut syrup) and then went to Church with Bruce (that doesn't happen too often with his high council assignment). After church, I went with Bruce to his speaking assignment in the Lake Point ward and he gave a wonderful talk. He made some comments about our family and he told me he loved me...it made me cry. What a good man. Then we came home and I took a nap while he prepared dinner. We had dinner with Papa & Gramma, Tim & Lori and Spence & Meg. It was fun! Then J & J came over and the kids played. I fell asleep on my chaise and when I woke up I went to bed...I was soooo tired. But, it was a beautiful day.
I thought of all the Moms & Grandmothers that have influenced my life and will forever be grateful. I wish my Mom were here to tell that to, but hopefully she knew/knows!! My mom-in-law is the greatest...she has known me so long and still loves me!! She is my friend and I love her so much - I don't tell her that very often, but she has always been my Mom,too! In Spokane she accepted me - crazy young, wild me - and helped me learn how to be a better person! Thanks Joan!!
Today I got up really late and felt like I could go back to bed again!! My hands & arms are numb constantly now. I put myself in a sort of traction to bring the feeling back! I do NOT want to have to do an MRI...and then surgery, so I am learning how to avoid it at all possible costs. Pray for me!!
Love you all!! Enjoy some fun time with the persons most important in your life...you never know how long you'll have them around (I don't mean to sound morbid...)

I'm glad y'all had a nice day. It was good to talk to you for a little while. We haven't watched our movie yet (Brent wants to re-watch all of them in order), but I wore my bracelet on Sunday and I love it! Thanks for being great. Through thick and thin! Can't wait to see you next weekend!!

Glad you got some rest! I hope you're able to figure out the numbness - that sounds bad! Sorry it's causing you such trouble. Love you so!
