So many things to do...so little time...

I always feel guilty if I don't post anything for a few days, but I did have a pretty good excuse yesterday! I was being a good friend. I have a cute little friend in No. Ogden who needed me to watch her kids most of the day. I actually enjoy the drive up north and I like her kids. She has a new house and doesn't know anyone up there yet. Plus, I have another friend who lives in West Point that I was able to stop by and see. I got home arond 8:15 and was so tired it was all I could do to keep my eyes open for the DVR of Dancing with the Stars!!
Today I am watching 2 of my granddaughters until preschool and then I am taking dinner in to a friend who had knee surgery yesterday and tonight I am helping another friend teach a class at Maceys. Should be a crazy day again, but didn't I say I was grateful for opportunities to serve??? Here is my list for today--
16-Democracy and the opportunity to vote for what we believe in. I have already voted this morning and I am always amazed by the whole process. I could say more, but do I really need to?? You all feel the same way...
17-Eye glasses. Where would I be without them---I am not sure. I would have been lost many times over...
18-Bottled water...I know this is a touchy subject for some, but I find I drink more water if it is bottled and I can grab one and run!!
19-Those little packets of Crystal Light that go in a bottle of water! Yummy alternative to plain water and SO EASY!!
20-Touch lamps-a little weird to list here, but I wish all my lamps could be so easy. I only say this because I have had 2 lamps break recently and it wouldn't have happened if they were touch activated!
These are my ramblings this morning! Get out and vote if today is your day!! Life is good if you take an active part!!

No dancing by the stars n Tuesdays, it's the results show. Way to stay busy mom! Makes you grateful for the slow days and that they come every so often! Oh, and I voted too! We know all the people that help with voting, and they know Kai, so they help watch him while I vote! It's nice to belong somewhere and people understand Kai and don't think I'm a bad Mom!
